As the founder of Wealth with Success and Liit Coaching, I have over 20,000 hours of equipping, training, and coaching high-level companies, professionals, and entrepreneurs to breakthrough transformations. My transformational framework created millions of dollars in revenue and saved countless hours in productivity.

YOU ARE FIRED.

These were the words Mr. Smith said to me in 2012 after asking me to come in on my day off, leading to the launch of LiiT Coaching and Wealth with Success. First, let me take you back to how it all started.
"I know I promised you this job… But it is a NO!"
Those were the words an executive leader from a top 100 company on the Forbes list said to me in our one-on-one conversation.
The Crossroads
In 2008, I graduated from college with a significant life decision. I could continue chasing my football dreams of playing QB in the NFL. The second option was to accept one of the offers to begin working in a high-paying position with a top fortune 100 company.
The executive told me, "I hear the passion in your voice and believe you should chase your dreams to play football because if you don't, you will regret it. I promise you will have a job with us whenever you are ready. Just give me a call."
The Decision
I decided to chase my dreams of playing football professionally as a quarterback in the NFL. A year later, no football doors opened after several tryouts and attempts. So, I decided to close the door to that chapter of my life and start my career.
The Disappointment
Super excited to chase my career dreams and start my career, I called that executive back and said I was ready to work. He replied, "I know who you are, I know what I said, and I know I promised you this job, but it is a NO. Bye."

That "No" sent me to a dark space. I know what it is like to experience ADVERSITY and Start with NOTHING
My light was blown out when he told me "NO," and I felt my greatness was nonexistent.
I put in all this work and have nothing to show for it. I was over $30,000 in debt.
The Breakthrough
After working on myself, I broke free from that dark energy and depression holding me back. I finally started working in my career. I gave my all to a company and was committed to becoming a great leader. As a manager, I busted my backside to produce significant results and help increase the bottom line by millions of dollars.
NOT AGAIN...
My bosses promised to give me a few things I desired if I could turn around the worse location in the state. I not only turned it around but transformed it into a top site. The thanks I got for all the hard work over the years and committing myself to be great for this company was getting a call on my day off asking me can I come in. I drove over an hour to work, and my boss and the Director of Operations were there. All this to hear the Director tell me, "You are Fired."

Yes, I got fired on my day off. (Salute to the movie Friday, if you know you know, lol). This was another "NO" in my life and another broken promise.
NEVER AGAIN
This time I would make a promise to myself and not break it. I promised myself to take complete control and ownership of my life. To turn and walk away from my life of being a Victim and to rise as a Victor. To strive to be the best version of myself. I discovered a powerful new vision of my life. I was born to be a leader and an entrepreneur and impact the world. I committed to this vision. I set out to live to impact my world and make it better than I met it.
The value of life
is not in its duration but in its donation.
We are not important because of how long we live;
we are important because of how effectively we live.
The value of success
is not in the destination but in the journey of manifestation.
